This is the bangle to stop you in your tracks. The workmanship is exceptional. A sprung hinge allows the bangle to open and close smoothly, while the safety latch provides both security and a beautiful finishing detail. These are the hallmarks of jewellery designed to be worn, loved and passed down.
Inside you'll find *BREV, Unoaerre, 1 AR and 375. The BREV mark (short for Brevetto) denotes a patented Italian design or mechanism, a wonderful detail that speaks to the innovation and engineering behind the piece. The *1 AR mark is equally significant, identifying Unoaerre as the very first registered goldsmith in Arezzo, Italy's historic jewellery-making capital. Combined with the 375 gold standard mark, these stamps transform this from a beautiful bangle into a documented piece of Italian jewellery - worthy of collecting.
Details: Weighs: 12.06g Outside measurements: 7.5cm x 6.5cm Inside measurements: 6com x 5.3cm - 7mm thick. Marked BREV: Unoaerre *1 AR 375 (9ct) NOTE WELL: There is a tiny dint that I can only see with a loupe - it is not noticable to the eye. I have tried to photograph it and magnified it.
