Shipping Policy

Golden Girl Au is an Australian online business based on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

I currently ship within Australia, with shipping to the UK considered on a case-by-case basis.

Due to current tariffs and the added complexity of shipping to the United States, I am not currently able to offer shipping to US customers.

Australian Shipping

Shipping within Australia is always complimentary. I know I don't want to pay additional postage costs after I've invested in a special piece, and I don't expect you to either.

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post and are fully insured for their journey to you.

Signature on delivery is included as an additional level of security.

Once your piece leaves Golden Girl, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery information supplied at checkout is complete and correct.

Because Golden Girl Au jewellery is sent using insured, signature-on-delivery shipping, please provide an address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the parcel.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery estimates provided by Australia Post or another carrier are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been dispatched, circumstances affecting carrier networks may occasionally result in delays outside Golden Girl Au's reasonable control.

If there is a problem with the delivery of your parcel, please contact me so that I can assist with the appropriate carrier or insurance process.

International Shipping

Shipping to the UK may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me before purchasing if you require delivery outside Australia.

Where international shipping is agreed, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or other destination-country charges unless expressly agreed otherwise.

International customs and border processing may also affect delivery times.

Golden Girl Au is not currently shipping to the United States.
