Details: 14ct setting with Roman style coin ring. Set using a two prong or split shank setting so the coin sits but isn't 'set' in place (moves in place a little). 8.2g and size K. Has a triangle on each shoulder set with 6 small diamonds on each side. Small scratch on side of band (see photo).
